An Inspiring Read: (5 stars)This book is so well written and gives great insight into who the author was before the tragic year that brought her back to a Christ centered life and her own inspirational story. I highly recommend it. It will bless you. Kindle Customer
Healing from tragedy and regretful choices: (5 star rating) I admit I know the author and thought hard as to am I giving the 5-star rating because I loved the book. I loved the book. I met Angela after she became a Christ follower and was a little surprised to learn of her past. What I love about this book is the author’s journey to the Lord. Each chapter starts with a meaningful quote or Bible verse as before sharing another part of her story. What we learn is if you let the Lord in you can overcome your past and lead a beautiful meaningful life. Debbie F.
I love how she shares just enough to show the challenges she endured and different aspects of her life, but lays a scripture verse as the stepping stone leading you along in her journey to a sweet surrendered beautiful faith, allowing the glory of God to be revealed. I couldn’t put it down, read it in a day. Janine – Goodreads
Thank you so very much for sharing your story. I thank God for you! I laughed and I cried and my heart broke for you and then was filled with joy for you. I especially was moved while reading about your interactions with the ladies in the nursing home. I know there is someone who will hear / read your testimony of God’s love and be forever changed and saved from eternal separation from God. God bless you, and I hope our paths cross again some day. After reading this book, I came to realize that abusive relationships come in many forms. There may be no bruises to see, no disheveled home life or work life. Angela’s story will prompt you to take a look at your own relationships and hopefully reveal anything unhealthy that is keeping you from being who you are meant to be.– C.H.
